Terms of Service

Who you're contracting with

RankPro (the "Service") is operated by RankPro ("RankPro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of business info you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must own or be authorized to manage any Google Business Profile you connect, and you must be of legal age to enter into a contract.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you may not: (a) use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam; (b) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (c) interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering); or (d) violate Google's, Twilio's, or any other third party's terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft social posts, review replies, follow-ups and other content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published or sent to customers, for the prompts you provide, for verifying accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you input. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You may not use the Service to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak underlying models. We may filter, refuse or remove outputs and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

RankPro and the underlying software, documentation, and branding are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with your subscription plan. You retain ownership of the business data and content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Service level

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payments, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and by our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may cancel at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we'll keep your data for a reasonable export window and then delete it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankPro's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
