We want you to be happy with RankPro. If you're not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of any renewal charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all RankPro orders. You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  • Email us at support@rankpro.io and we'll handle it on your behalf.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your subscription is canceled and access to paid features ends. Your account and any data you created remain available on the free tier.
